Ready to take your cycling skills to the next level?

Wether you’re a beginner or looking to refine technique, our 4-Week blackBIKE Program is the perfect opportunity to boost your fitness, learn new skills, and connect with a supportive community.

What's Included:

  • 3 Classes per Week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8 AM
    Each class will challenge you to improve your rhythm, stamina, and technique in a supportive, closed-group setting. We’ll focus on proper form, syncing with the beat, and building confidence on the bike.

    • 2 Private Workshop-Style Classes per Week
      These specialized sessions dive deep into the mechanics of cycling, providing you with personalized feedback to improve your riding technique. Still a high-energy blackBIKE experience, but with extra guidance.

    • 1 Open Class per Week
      Put your skills to the test! Join an open class where you’ll apply what you’ve learned to a full blackBIKE session.

  • Healthy Breakfast & Protein Shake
    After each class, enjoy a nutritious breakfast with fellow participants. Whether you stay and mingle or need to grab your breakfast to go, we’ve got you covered with a healthy meal to fuel your day.

  • Weekly blackBASE Credit
    In addition to cycling, you’ll receive one blackBASE credit per week, which you can use for strength training or yoga—the perfect complement to your riding sessions.

  • Improve Your Cycling Skills: Learn how to stay on beat and perfect your form.

  • Get Back Into Your Fitness Routine: This is the perfect time to build consistency and jump-start a healthier lifestyle.

  • Join a Like-minded Community: Ride with people who share the same commitment to improving, and cheer each other on throughout the journey.

  • Dates: March 3rd - March 28th

  • Time: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays at 8:00 AM (please arrive 10-15 minutes early)

  • Location: Studio Hofstatt, Sendlinger Str. 10, Munich

  • Motivator: Private Classes led by Lea P (& Open Class with Rob 1x week - the motivator may change if necessary)

  • Breakfast & Protein Shake: Included after every BIKE session (stay & enjoy or take it to go)

  • blackBASE Credit: 1x per week for strength training or yoga

  • Cost: 300€ for the full 4-week program
